Playing With The Paints

06 Mar

My sister-in-law works from time to time for a ranch in a nearby town. She took baby and me along yesterday for a visit to see the new foal that came into this world last Wednesday. My baby is around our two horses so doesn’t seem afraid of these big animals. It was late day and a few of the Paints had to pose.

Gorgeous paints! I love the paint horses. Those are very well cared for horses.

That horse in the first photo was such a show-off. She demanded my complete attention.

Anna, all these horses are being shown. Well, except for mare and foal.

    Gorgeous!

The first one does look like she’d be a bit of a Diva – it could be the eye makeup effect. 🙂

Lovely horses! How nice that the baby is growing up around horses.

Ha! I knew you meant horses when you said “paints” in the title 🙂

It sounds like the horses were really putting on a show. That must have been a wonderful experience.

When I was a little girl, I always wanted to have a horse one day. Never happened … I just have five cats. But after scooping their litter boxes, I’m pretty sure that the good Lord knew I wasn’t meant for scooping up after a horse!
Lovely shots, and yes … that first one is an eye-catching beauty.
