Blue Patience

There are several types of dragonflies at the pond and I haven’t a clue about them.  I’ve attempted to photograph every type I see and there are two that do not land on anything and remain still.  Perhaps I am not there long enough, quiet enough.  Once must remember:   “Have patience and endure; this unhappiness will one day be beneficial. “[Lat., Perfer et obdura; dolor hic tibi proderit olim.]

    Dragonflies are hard to photograph. This is an excellent shot! Lovely. 🙂

    I think my truck would look great painted the color of this dragonfly and the windshield would look fantastic tinted to the design of the dragonfly’s wings. Wonderful capture.
