This appears to be a Blue-Eyed Grass flower. These are found all over my back yard in bunches and also in neighboring fields. They are quite pretty and I sure hate mowing them. But their time in Texas is limited to March and April and as it gets warmer here there will be fewer.
This is the best time of year in Texas. Those who have allergies my disagree. Each weekend, I am adding another plant/shrub/tree to the landscape in my back yard. In a few years I shall have it arranged as I hope.
