Levelland, Texas

18 Jan

One of many photographs of the Texas Panhandle, irrigation systems have always been favored. As a kid I was around spray irrigation, irrigation tubes, irrgation this and irrigation that, but not the mighty center pivots.

The LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast desert. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything.
Deuteronomy 2:6-8

I love the verse and the picture. The sky looks omnious. I love the way you manipulated the black and white. I hope you have a good weekend with your hubby and the animals.

The verse is so true and profound.
We need so little but want so much.

Your photo is powerful. The slight slope of the machine, transfixed against the barren land and the dramatic sky.
    Strong composition.

I love the wide, open spaces…….
