Callisburg High School

Just before demolition, I was afforded the opportunity to tour the site and capture what was left before the ball arrived.  If only the lockers could talk.  Every wall has a story.  All the secrets in the closet are locked up.

Oh, did you use Sepia to create this photo, A, or was this the natural light?

Haunting and captivating, your writing and the photo. I could feel it. Excellent!

It takes me back to my high school days at South Haven High. I like your photo very much. It is sad that this is school is being torn down.

My locker was just on the opposite wall my senior year. What a moment in history. My family went to school in this building and my grandmother taught there too.

…We’ll always remember the hours spent with in your halls…
