Mojave Narrows, California
Mojave Narrows Regional Park is located in Victorville California. Having lived in this desert city, I never attended the Huck Finn Jubilee or the Victor Valley Balloon Festival. I never connected with this community really although I did make good friends and enjoyed my work up there. Being in the park, one does forget they are out in the middle of the upper desert. Mojave Narrows was a favorite for church and family picnics.
