Bisbee, Arizona
Such a picturesque community nestled in the Mule Mountains, Bisbee was once a mining town. Downtown can be found gourmet restaurants, antique shops, and art galleries. The climate is quite pleasant and many retire here.
Snow Cat has been to Bisbee, Arizona. After our tour of Tombstone in the very late afternoon of October, I took the highway just to see where it went. Bisbee was well worth the drive even though a bit out of the way. In fact, I wish I would have stayed the night here instead of Lordsburg. I carried the cat up the street a bit investigating the storefronts. Dropping some postcards in the box at the post office, I put her back in her carrier and went into a small sandwich shop for something yummy. I watched the sun sink behind the mountain in the picture below and dreamed about Texas.
