Such a friendly little fellow, Dazzle is a miniature horse. There are several breeders and ranches in the area where I live and it is always a pleasure to see them out in the pasture grazing.
Although he definately has horse behavior and sometimes thinks he is one of the big horses, he interacts quite well with people and loves a carrot if offered.
This photo was taken in 2004 when I moved to Texas with my Kodak Easyshare. When I saw him, I wanted one of my own. In fact, I wanted several of them. For now, I enjoy Dazzle across the fence as he chases along side us while I run my Arabian on the trail.

Awww how cute. No wonder you want a miniature. Do they have the same problems as their large cousins or does he have his own particular brand of health issues. I was just wondering. (((hugs)))
